Account Access

There are a number of factors that might prevent you from accessing your account. Whether you need to reset your password, or set up multi-factor authentication, we’ve got you covered. We are able to provide this service virtually over our Zoom HelpDesk, or in person, in VCLS 223. Our hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Updated Requirements

WSU has recently updated its policy surround account access. If you are needing helping gaining access to your account, we are required to check photo ID to verify your identity. Please have a valid photo ID available upon visiting us in person or over Zoom.

Steps to regain account access virtually:

  1. Have Photo ID available

    To protect the privacy of those within the WSU system, we are required to verify your identity before granting account access. This is true for both virtual and in-person service

    A trained tech will be greet you as you join the meeting, they are excited and motivated to help you get back up and running!
